MINUTES
1. It was agreed that we appoint architect Lyndon Piper (Piper Architecture Ltd., Holsworthy) in an advisory capacity. Mr Piper is chairman of Holsworthy Area Sports Pavilion. A nominal fee may be payable.
2. It was agreed that, when we have got quality presentational materials, we will ask the Chairman of the parish council to call a Parish Meeting, open to all, to get a sense of the parishioners’ support, or otherwise.
3. It was accepted that, if she is willing, Councillor Emma Down becomes a member of Active Halwill Executive Committee.
